Parkilfe LLC. is a DRS Realty owned entity specializing in the ownership of manufactured home communities. Parklife offers a variety of products and services including sales of manufactured homes, rental properties, available financing for homes owned by Parklife, and multiple investment opportunities. Parklife provides in house property management services for each of our investments. Each property has on-site property management and maintenance personnel. Our properties show the time and hands on attention given to each of our communities. Our occupancy levels exceed the market averages and the property condition, safety, and appeal exceeds our competitors. This results in greater value of the homes located in our communities.
